This month I have prepared this salad twice. I found this recipe in a Spanish blog and I decide to give it a try and the result was really good. My friends liked it a lot because this salad is easy to eat and the flavors and ingredients are very familiar... with this salad it is very difficult to fail :).

Tuna tataki with ajoblanco



This week I decided to prepare tuna with a Japanese and Spanish touch. I found this recipe in a Spanish blog and I modified it a bit. It was easy to prepare and delicious.
Sometimes we have to break the routine and try different kind of food. Many people don't like raw fish but with this recipe you can try something different because this tuna it is not completely raw and it cooks with the sauce.

The Chocolate cake


This chocolate cake has a long history but I will simplify it. The fist time I tried this cake was in Japan in a friend's house. She found this recipe in a Peruvian cooking book and for first time in my life I really enjoyed a chocolate cake. Inside it is moist and it isn't too sweet. When we left Japan my friend (Chavelita) gave us the Peruvian recipe book, and now it is my precious :).

Mushroom salad with lemon dressing



This is one of my favorite salads. I found this recipe in an italian cooking book and I like it a lot. I have found really nice recipes in this book.

The mushroom salad is fresh and the combination between the lemon souse and the raw mushroom is absolutely fantastic plus parmesan cheese and the walnuts, all this ingredients make a delicious experience and you can taste each flavor united by lemon sauce. 

Baked potatoes


I like to eat these potatoes because they are really tasty. Just cut them and put in the oven. And you don't need to use too much oil so they are healthier and with less fat than fried potatoes.

Home-made mayonnaise

I always prepare mayonnaise at home. I prefer it than the mayonnaise from the supermarket although it has a lot of oil, but it tastes much better and anyway, I don't eat it every day :-)
