I like to eat these potatoes because they are really tasty. Just cut them and put in the oven. And you don't need to use too much oil so they are healthier and with less fat than fried potatoes.
For the potatoes we need:
- 1/2 kg of small potatoes
- olive oil
- paprika powder (if you like you can put chopped rosemary too)
- salt
Just cut the potatoes in four wedges and place them on the oven tray. Spread olive oil, salt and paprika powder over the potato wedges. Bake them for 25 minutes at 200°C until the potatoes turn golden (depending on how you like the potatoes, you have to check).
