You can prepare this recipe anytime on the week because it is easy to prepare and you can change some of the ingredients. If you like you can add potatoes or other vegetables of your choice.
The time to prepare this meal is around 45 minutes, and the recipe is for 4 persons.
We need this time:
- 4 x 1/4 of chicken (breast or legs)
- 400 gr mix mushrooms (frozen ones can be also fine)
- 3 shallots
- 5 chopped garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sishimi togarashi (you can add more or less)
- 1 cube of chicken stock dissolved in 500 ml of water
- 1 zucchini
- black pepper
- salt
- olive oil
Cut the chicken pieces in half. Season them with salt and pepper and fry them in olive oil until golden brown. Reduce the heat at minimum.
It is time to add the mushrooms, chicken stock, soy sauce, sishimi togarashi and salt and pepper. Cook for 25 minutes.
Chop the zucchini and add to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes more or until ready.
Usually I like to serve the stews with rice, but some people prefer bread or even mashed potatoes.
This recipe is really delicious and easy to prepare. I hope you like and enjoy it.
I will try to do more stew recipes during this season.
Thank you! See you in my next post :)
